Terms of service
Last updated: September 27, 2026
Welcome to For The Street Club. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, store, and related services (the “Services”), and purchases you make from us. By using the Services or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
Eligibility and accounts. You must be able to enter into a legally binding agreement where you live to place an order. You agree to provide accurate, current information at checkout and, if you create an account, to keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Products and orders. We aim to describe and display products accurately, but colors and appearance may vary by device. Product availability, descriptions, and prices may change without notice. Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, information is inaccurate, or we reasonably suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount charged for the canceled items.
Prices and payment. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown during checkout before you submit your order. You authorize the payment method you select to be charged for your order. Payment processing may be provided by third parties under their applicable terms.
Shipping and delivery. Our Shipping Policy explains processing times, delivery estimates, tracking, and address responsibilities. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Please review your shipping information carefully before placing an order and contact us promptly if you notice an error. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.
Returns and order problems. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@mizacle.com so we can help resolve the issue. Any published return and refund policy also applies to your purchase. Your statutory rights, where applicable, are not limited by these Terms.
Acceptable use. You agree not to use the Services unlawfully, interfere with their operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, or use store content in a way that infringes another person’s rights.
Store content. Unless otherwise stated, the text, images, branding, and other content on the Services belong to For The Street Club or their respective owners. You may use the Services and view their content for personal shopping purposes. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit store content without permission, except as allowed by law.
Third-party services and links. The Services may include links or features provided by third parties. Their own terms and privacy practices may apply when you use them. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services that we do not control, except as required by law.
Privacy. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, and disclosed. If these Terms conflict with the Privacy Policy about personal information, the Privacy Policy controls on that subject.
Service availability and liability. We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Services. We do not promise that the website will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for losses arising solely from interruptions or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Changes to these Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version with a new “Last updated” date. Changes apply prospectively, unless applicable law permits otherwise. The terms in effect when you place an order govern that order.
Contact. For questions about these Terms or an order, contact For The Street Club at support@mizacle.com, +1 501-790-8987
Before publishing, confirm that the contact details are correct and add a return and refund policy that states your actual practice. I would also have a lawyer familiar with the places you sell review both policies, particularly if you sell internationally, offer subscriptions, or use SMS marketing. Shopify notes that automated privacy settings and policy templates aren’t substitutes for legal advice.
